  • Milford Recreation hosts classes for kids of all ages, as well as adults and families (inside and out). Be sure to check out their latest seasonal schedule and follow the Milford Kids Thrive Calendar for up-to-date options.
  • Hampshire Hills Athletic Club
  • Nutrition Connections is New Hampshire’s home for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed). Programs are offered at no cost to low-income families, adults with children, and seniors who receive food stamps, WIC, CSFP, TANF, or SSI. For more information, email: Kate Graves.
