  • Parenting questions but not sure where to go? Looking for a specific program or support in a certain area but unsure who to call? Call Waypoint Family Resource Center’s Warm Line: 800-640-6486. All questions are welcome!  The support line is live Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, or leave a message after hours and someone will get back to you.

Family Support Groups

  • Friends Of Aine provides bereavement support services and resources to children and families who have suffered the loss of a loved one.
  • Searching for support for families and children with an incarcerated loved one? The Family Connections Center offers free family supports and services. Waypoint also offers virtual support groups several times a month for children of incarcerated parents (ages 3-18) and their caregivers.
  • There are family support groups provided by NH Family Voices with a focus on: Autism, Behavioral Health, and Developmental Disabilities
  • Partners in Health provides free support for children with chronic health conditions and their families.

Child Development

  • Questions about your child’s development? Visit the Milford Kids Thrive Child Development web page and developmental screening web page.
  • Looking for additional support for a child who has been diagnosed with developmental delays or a disability? NH Family Voices is staffed by parents of children and young adults with experience.

Home-related supports

  • SHARE Outreach, located in Milford, is here to support Milford families with housing, food, clothing and financial assistance needs; visit our Thriving Home page for information on local resources and services to help you provide a warm, nurturing home for your family.
  • The Care Coordination Program-NH is available to support local military families with housing assistance, deployment support, financial counseling, child and youth resources, limited mental and behavioral health support, crisis intervention, legal resources, and more!
