The NH Homeowner and Renters Assistance Programs provide assistance to eligible homeowners and renters who have experienced a financial hardship during the COVID pandemic, and who continue to struggle financially with the rise in the cost of living. This is a federally funded assistance program (that continues to be offered through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021)
