Survey for NH families who had young children during the Covid-19 Pandemic

NH Family Voices is gathering feedback from families whose children were ages 5 and under and living in NH during the public health emergency. 

As the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) unwinds they are gathering information regarding the impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on families of young children, and are also gathering information about current needs of families in NH.

This is a quick survey – not even 10 minutes – and it will provide feedback to the state on the experiences of families with young children.
