• Milford Welfare provides interim emergency assistance for low income residents through a voucher system. Requests may be made through a written application process, including an initial assessment. Eligibility is based on a financial review of basic needs and available applicant resources.
• Milford Welfare also supports families via referral to other programs including to Food Stamps; Medicaid; and other financial assistance programs.
• Welfare collaborates with SHARE Outreach to bridge families that don’t qualify for welfare but need transitional support.

Milford Welfare is co-located with SHARE Outreach at the SHARE Center located at One Columbus Ave. Milford, NH 03055.  The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 – 2:30.
