The Milford Kids Thrive collaborative is happy to have Officer Morrow, the Juvenile Officer for the Milford Police Department, as a member. Officer Morrow is a great resource for area families and kids.

The Juvenile Officer follows up on calls that occurred in households where children/youth live and therefore, may have witnessed or been impacted by the incident. Officer Morrow provides families with information on local area supports and services.
