If you’re a parent of young kids, you know full well how challenging it is to find childcare, much less affordable childcare. Many parents have chosen to stay home with their children because they actually can’t afford to work.
The state of New Hampshire is working to address this problem. People in our community now have access to FREE training, coaching and resources for opening their own home childcare businesses. This opportunity is perfect for:
- Parents who take care of their own young children and want to take care of additional children for extra income
- Career changers or active retirees
- Anyone who loves kids and would be excited to create a safe and nurturing program for them
** Coaching is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
If you are interested in this free opportunity but your home would not be able to accommodate an in-home childcare business, there is also the option of renting space from a community partner.
