A NHAS Skywatch is simply a gathering of amateur astronomers with a focus on outreach and education. A Skywatch is, by definition, “beginner-friendly.” At a Skywatch the focus is on giving participants the most enjoyable and educational experience possible! Telescopes and stargazers will be available to help all attendees explore the cosmos. Tips for a great experience can be found here.
