Peabody Mill Environmental Center in Amherst is hosting a monthly series of “I Love Nature!” classes geared toward children, ages 3-6, and  their caregivers. Participants will learn about all the fun and amazing things that can be found in the woods around us and explore different habitats.

Each session includes a story and discussion time, then an activity related to the monthly topic.

December topic: Tracking- Find out who has been in the woods at PMEC – Winter is a perfect time to get out and follow animal tracks. We will become animal detectives and go out and learn about animal tracks, as well as other signs that can help us track animals and find where they live and where they venture to in the winter. 

Sessions run the first three Thursdays of the month from 10:00-10:45

Cost is $24/session for Amherst residents and $29/session for non-residents.
