Peabody Mill Environmental Center in Amherst is hosting a monthly series of “I Love Nature!” classes geared toward children, ages 3-6, and  their caregivers. Participants will learn about all the fun and amazing things that can be found in the woods around us and explore different habitats.

Each session includes a story and discussion time, then an activity related to the monthly topic.

January topic: Snow Much Fun – We will learn all about the wonders of snow, ice and winter weather. We will take a closer look at the amazing snowflake and learn about how animals can survive in the snow. Get ready to learn and explore all the fun that we can have with snow! 

Sessions run the first three Thursdays of the month from 10:00-10:45

Cost is $24/session for Amherst residents and $29/session for non-residents.
