Will your child be turning 5 by September 30? If so, it’s time for Kindergarten Registration for the 2024-2025 school year!  

Registration will begin on Thursday, March 13th with an evening registration event from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Jacques Memorial School.

Staff and administrators will be on hand to meet students and families and to answer questions as well as help with the registration process.

The following documents are required to complete your child’s kindergarten registration:

*Proof of Residency (2 are required to enter the Milford schools). The following documents are acceptable proof: Purchase and Sales Agreement, utility bill, lease agreement, driver’s license, car registration, voter registration, social services paper– social security AFDC.

*Original birth certificate with raised seal.

*Updated immunization records and proof of a physical within a year of enrollment.

*Any court documents including custody arrangements and/or parenting plans

**Can’t make it on the 13th? Registration will continue daily from 9:00 – 2:00 at the JMS office.
