Greater Nashua Smart Start Coalition is offering a FREE Postpartum support group for new parents!

Gather with other postpartum parents and newborns to talk about how you’re healing, what thoughts and feelings you’re experiencing, and learn together that it truly takes a village to raise a child!

Who can attend? Parents and newborns who are in their “fourth trimester” or are within the first 12 months or so postpartum. (If you are beyond those first 12 months postpartum, you are welcome to attend as long as space permits.)

Groups gather 2nd Thursday of the month 10-11am and/or 4th Saturday of the month 11am-noon

at Nashua Public Library, 2 Court St, Nashua, NH
