Each month the United Way of Greater Nashua hosts an informational/conversational event for older adults in the Greater Nashua Area. Presenters include agencies that support older adults and organization that offer opportunities where volunteers can make a difference in their communities.

Learn about the efforts that the NH Department of Transportation is making to address the demographics of the future through the Community Transportation effort. Learn about the Mobility Management system and how it can help you secure transportation throughout the region.
Donna Marceau, Mobilitiy Manager at the Greater Nashua Regional Planning Commission will share information about the statewide initiative and how you can benefit from the services it offers.
Souhegan Valley Rides is a curb-to-curb, shared ride bus service available to residents of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Milford, Mont Vernon and Wilton. The services provides transportation for non-emergency purposes and assists those in greatest need. Rides are available to most destinations within the six communities and to/from Nashua. This serves is provided in partnership with the Nashua Transit System.
