Healthy Kids Day® is a national annual event, celebrated for over 30 years at Ys across the country. Healthy Kids Day will be held at the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown on Saturday, May 10 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.

This FREE event will feature active physical play, nutrition education, STEM, the arts, mental and emotional well-being, and much more. All are welcome to join in on the fun!

This year, Healthy Kids Day is sponsored locally by Dartmouth Health Children’s and nationally by Peanuts!
