❄️ Friday, February 21 with Opening Ceremonies taking place at 6:00 PM in the Enterprise Bank Music Tent 

• -Live music and an appearance by Lowla Bear.
• -Stop by the Experience Lowell Arts Market to peruse local handmade goods from 6:00-9:00 PM

❄️ Saturday, February 22 boasts a day of activities including: 

• -The Richard Rourke Memorial Soup Competition, at 12:00 PM 
• -Live music in the Enterprise Bank Music Tent, beginning at 12:00 PM 
• -The Experience Lowell Arts Market, produced by Mosaic Lowell, from 12:00-7:00 PM 
• -St. Anne’s Chocolate Festival from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM 
• -Fire sculptures on Palmer Street 
• -Live ice sculpture carving on Palmer Street 
• -The 3rd annual WinterFest Scavenger Hunt, all day 
• -Mosaic Lowell’s Youth Mural Competition with voting open all day
