Join together with other local postpartum mothers for a FREE weekly support group — offered to new moms from birth through 6 months postpartum. This group provides a supportive space for new moms to share their feelings and challenges as they navigate parenthood.

Location: the Community Room of Saint Joseph Hospital Milford Medical Center located at 442 Nashua Street, Milford, NH

-Newborn topics include developmental milestones, feeding techniques, and sleep pattern guidance.

-New parent topics include mood support, body mechanics after delivery, and setting boundaries as a new parent.
