Milford Recreation Department presents the 4th Annual Southwest New Hampshire Tour of Lights! This program is a collaboration among 11 Recreation Departments in southwest New Hampshire and the program exists to provide a free free family friendly activity to go and explore festive lights and decorations during the holidays.
There are more than 100 homes across the 11 communities to check out. Homes on the tour are expected to keep their lighting shining from Friday, December 8th – Monday, December 25th.
This is a FREE program and all home owners had to pre-register their home in advance to be included in this list.
Here’s how it works:
- Head to the following website — https://www.mapquest.com/routeplanner
- Type in the location where you will be starting from then enter the addresses for the homes you want to visit. This site will take up to 26 addresses for the planning of your route. *addresses of participating homes are in pics below.
- Before you hit “Route Directions”, there are three choices you need to make; (1) “shortest distance” or “shortest time” (2) allow MapQuest to re-order the stops on your route (black dot with the teal blue showing means that this option is on) and (3) decide if you want the route to be a round trip route or not. There are other filters for route settings underneath the “Route Directions”.
