Waypoint Family Resource Center
Waypoint Family Resource Center offers an array of family support services for families with children ages 0-18. Home visiting services are designed to help your family through any type of challenge, whether it’s first-time parenting, making ends meet, parental substance misuse, housing or employment instability, child wellness, education, or emotional stressors.

Monday 9:00-11:00 am (Spanish speaking by appointment)

DURING PREGNANCY, our team of home visitors offer support in the areas of:
- Prenatal healthcare
- Nutrition
- Smoking cessation
- Counseling
- Family planning
- Preparing for your new baby
- Early childhood development
- Alcohol and drug prevention
- Access to community resources
- And anything else to optimize
DURING EARLY YEARS, our team of nurses, parent educators and counselors offer support in areas of:
- Post-partum
- Well baby care
- Nutrition for mother and baby
- Breast/bottle feeding
- Screening for post-partum and maternal depression
- Infant brain development
- Early childhood development
THROUGH SCHOOL YEARS and beyond, we’ll work in partnership with you and your family to set and reach goals and answer any questions you may have along the way in the areas of:
- Effective parenting
- Recreational activities
- Positive discipline technique
- Family planning and contraception
- Life skills including education, work, and finding quality childcare
- School behaviors
- Child development
- Securing a medical home (having a health/wellness plan in place)
